Mercy-USA East Africa Program, with funding from UNOCHA- SHF, invites reputable and reliable construction firms to submit bids for the construction of 26 emergency latrines for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Bundawayne village/area of Beledweyne District Hiran region Somalia.
