Request For Quotation for (RFQ) From Qualified Suppliers Of Visibility Material

SRCS SOMALILAND in partnership with the German Red Cross is implementing the Forecasted based Financing (FbF) project. The project intends to anticipate disasters and release humanitarian funding prior to the peak of disasters. Within this project there is a need for community risk analysis (data collection) and community engagement activities and during these activities, the project requires Visibility Material Therefore, SRCS Somaliland invites quotations (RFQ) from qualified suppliers of Visibility material:

In lieu of the above, SRCS accepts only those who meet the eligibility of the bidders which are the following;

Eligibility of the bidders includes:

• Proven track record and technical expertise in dealing with the Supply of these items
• Quotation Validity (90 days), Delivery time, sample pictures submission
• Should be registered and possess valid licenses per the law of Somaliland
• Should have a tax clearance certificate

Qualified suppliers or firms are invited to obtain further information and collect bidding documents/Requests for Quotations from the SRCS Coordination office in Hargeisa mentioned below from 7.30 am to 2.00 pm beginning 27th August 2022. The SRCS shall not take any responsibility for any expense incurred to bidders in connection with the bid preparation.
